💎 General Returns: 60 Days for Store Credit

We want to be real with you: our jewelry is affordable and stylish, but like all fashion pieces, it’s delicate. We do our best to source high-quality items, but at this price point, it’s simply not possible to deliver indestructible, never-fade, forever-shiny pieces. That’s the honest truth.

That’s why our 60-day return policy is a little stricter:

  • You can return items within 60 days for store credit only

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with packaging

  • Return shipping is not covered unless the item is damaged or defective

We think that’s a balance—it keeps prices low, but still gives you flexibility if something just wasn’t your vibe.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

To keep things clear, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

  • Worn, altered, or mistreated items (including discoloration caused by improper care—especially for non-stainless steel pieces)

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  3. Ship the item back using the steps we provide

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days

⚖️ Fair Use Limits

To keep our policy sustainable for everyone:

  • We limit returns to 3 per customer per month

  • And 9 lifetime returns per customer

Returns beyond that may be denied at our discretion.
